Rental Policies

Everything You Need to Know

From payment and delivery to surcharges and deposits, here’s a clear breakdown of our rental policies so you can book with confidence.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equal to 30% of your items total is required before delivery. This deposit covers potential damage or loss and is returned after your event, barring any issues. We’ll send a separate invoice for the deposit two weeks before delivery, with payment due prior to drop-off.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change. Orders over $1200 may be canceled up to 30 days before the delivery date for a full refund. Orders under $1200 can be canceled up to 7 days before delivery. After that, payments are non-refundable.

Rush Orders

Orders placed less than 48 hours before delivery will incur a rush fee which is calculated in your online quote.

Minimums

There is no official order minimum. We’re happy to accommodate small events. However, a $400 minimum (including any applicable fees) applies for delivery and will be included in your online quote.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver throughout NYC and the tri-state area. Standard deliveries take place within a 4-hour window. You may request narrower windows or off-hour service for an additional fee. We also provide complimentary setup and breakdown.

Self-Service (Will-Call) Rentals

You’re welcome to pick up and return select items yourself. Currently, only small quantities of folding chairs are eligible for self-service rentals. Pickup and drop-off times are by appointment only, and chairs must be transported in an enclosed vehicle. We reserve the right to decline rentals if we believe the items won’t be transported safely. Contact us to make a self-service reservation.

Outdoor Use

Our rentals can be used outdoors, but we ask that all items be kept off wet ground and protected from rain. If rain is forecasted, we recommend having a backup plan such as a tent or indoor space.

Rental Period

Our standard rental period is one day. Additional days are charged at 15% per day.

Order Changes

You may adjust your order — up or down — up to 48 hours before delivery.

  • Increases are subject to availability.
  • Reductions are limited to 20% of your original total.
Fees and Surcharges
  • One-hour delivery window: $100
  • Rush delivery (within 48 hours): $100 or 10% of items total
  • Off-hours delivery (before 9AM or after 9PM): $50 – $150 depending on time slot
  • Out-of-town deliveries: Custom surcharge included on your quote
Set up, break down, and storage

We provide complimentary setup of all rented furniture.
Please:

  • Let us know your preferred layout or share a floor plan
  • Clear tables of food and décor before breakdown
  • Lean folded tables and chairs safely against a wall or vertical support when not in use. Chairs can also be stacked.

Note: Tables should not be stacked without packing material between them.

Stairs, Elevators and Hard-To-Reach Places

Our furniture is portable and we’re used to navigating NYC’s tricky spaces — stairs, narrow doors, and elevators.
Small challenges usually don’t affect delivery fees, but:

  • Let us know about tight access in advance
  • For complex deliveries, we may need to adjust the quote to include extra labor or equipment
