Can I cancel my event rental order?
Yes! For orders under $1200, you can cancel up to 7 days before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Orders over $1200 must be canceled 30 days in advance.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can increase or reduce your order up to 48 hours prior to delivery. Increases are subject to availability and reductions are limited to 20% of total order.
Do you rent to private homes as well as event venues?
Absolutely. Whether you’re hosting in a loft, brownstone, rooftop, or gallery, we’ve got you covered.
Do you deliver and pick up the furniture?
Yes! We offer full-service delivery and pickup in NYC and surrounding areas and we service all kinds of locations including apartment buildings, bars and restaurants, venues, and even public parks!
How much is delivery?
Deliveries are 30% of the items total. Surcharges for off-hours deliveries or rush fees will be displayed in your online quote. Additional charges for out of town deliveries will be included in your invoice.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout NYC, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens as well as out of town locations including Long Island, Upstate New York, New Jersey & Connecticut.
Can I pick up the furniture myself?
We are now offering self-serve, small quantity (25 pcs) chair rentals and are in the process of adding a self-serve checkout form to our website. Until then, please contact us with your needs to set up an order.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance as supplies of our handmade and vintage items are limited. Reservations made within two days will be charged a rush fee.
What are the rates for multi-day rentals?
The standard rental period is one day. Additional days are priced at 15% and will be calculated in your online quote.
Can your furniture fit in my elevator… And, up three flights of stairs to the roof?
Yes and yes! At 6 feet long with folding legs, our tables were designed to be portable and practical. Can you tell they were designed by a native New Yorker?
Can we leave the furniture out in the rain?
No. All the furniture surfaces are sealed to prevent water damage so a little sprinkle won’t be a problem. But, considerations must be made to cover or store the furniture in case of heavy rain. Furniture that is wet will incur a drying fee, withheld from the security deposit.
Can we use the tables and chairs on bumpy, uneven surfaces?
The tables are more forgiving and you can easily put a shim under a leg to level them out. However, the chairs cannot be used on uneven surfaces like cobblestone or unmanicured lawn.
